I use it in 4 ways:
1-outside my lip line to make gloss or lipstick stay in place, it also make lips look a bit fuller
2- inside corners of the eyes for brightening
3- on eye rims (makes eyes appear bigger, and because of it's flash tone looks less obvious than a white pencil)-very creamy and stays long time!
4-under brows for highlighting and groomed look (instead of Anastasia brow pencil which goes for around $20).
Very good quality, I use light (01), and I'm light/medium Caucasian.

This pencil is wonderful for brightening the inside and outside corners of the eyes. Most eye brightening pencils cost a whole lot more than this and they often turn out to be too shimmery for me. This is a natural glow. You just apply it along the lashline and smudge it a bit and see how it transforms your eyes. It even helps mask dark circles.
It can also be used as a super natural lipliner for gloss and lipstick, but I focus it's use more around my eyes.
